New Monochrome Echo EP Analog Artifacts Out Today!!

Hi guys

Today I am releasing my brand new Monochrome Echo EP Analog Artifacts on Bandcamp.

This is the follow up to my debut EP 64 Souls which came out last year on the Blend label. I wanted to release this one myself and see what I can do self-promoting it. It’ll also be released on all digital platforms on 14th April so it’ll eventually be available on iTunes, eMusic etc and you’ll be able to stream it on Spotify if you like too.

But as always the best way to by my music is directly from me (!) via my Monochrome Echo Bandcamp page. The money goes straight to me and helps me make more music. I really hope you like this new direction.

Whilst you’re at it, please also like my Facebook page, follow me on Twitter,  and indeed Spotify. It really helps get this new project noticed. And tell your mates if you like it too…

The artwork for the EP was created by the wonderful LostMachines DSGN. You can check out his work on Instagram. He’s one of my favourite artists on Instagram so I was really pleased to be able to hook up with him and work together on the artwork.

You can stream the whole EP right here and hopefully some of you will buy it too 😉

Stream The Divine Comedy live at Folies Bergère

Hello folks

Just a quick post as i realised that I’ve yet to post anything on this website of mine for quite some time and clearly you are all feeling neglected.

So the big European tour from The Divine Comedy has come to a finish and I’m sure some of you would love to relive those halcyon days from the comfort of your own homes.

Well in that case you’ll be delighted to know that you can still stream the entire Folies Bergère show from back in February on Youtube via those clever people at Culturebox.

And here it is

We’ll be seeing you at some festivals over the summer months.

Until then you’ll be glad to hear that Inhale a brand new Monochrome Echo Ep out this Friday! It’s called Analog Artifacts and it’ll be available on Bandcamp, and everywhere else the following Friday 14th for those of you that (for some silly reason) don’t like Bandcamp.

I’ll remind you of this important news on the day. Obviously.

Until then…

Monochrome Echo 64 Souls EP Out Now

Okay so some of you are probably wondering what/who the hell Monochrome Echo is, right?

Just over a year ago I decided to start a new project producing electronic music. I put together a little studio setup centred around Ableton. I wanted to separate this project from any previous/ongoing solo projects and so came up with the name Monochrome Echo. There’s a Facebook page, you can follow me on Soundcloud and Twitter as Monochrome Echo too.

Quite early on I started posting some tracks on the collaborative music site Blend.io, as well as submitting entries to some of their remix and production challenges. Blend has been fantastic for learning new skills and making new contacts. Some of my best tracks have been collaborations with other musicians and producers from all around the world. I highly recommend you take look if you’re into making electronic music.

A couple of months ago Blend contacted me about the possibility of releasing an EP of my music on their label. So I set to work…

64 Souls Blend Cover

I chose three tracks from my Blend page and three additional tracks I had been working on and the 64 Souls EP was born. 64 Souls was officially released on Friday 13th on Blend Records and is now available via all digital platforms including iTunes and Beatport. It’s also on Spotify if you’re the streaming type.

I hope you like the new direction. I have a stack of music waiting to be released so watch this space for news of further offerings. Better still, like the Facebook page and follow me on Twitter. Monochrome Echo just getting started…
